The photos of the streets of Hatillo remind me a lot of some towns in my state of Merida. I like to appreciate the colonial architecture, and it is beautiful to see how they have preserved them, I would love to visit the place someday. Just like you, I also like to observe colonial architecture, it is one of my favorite things and even more so when it is preserved as the historic center of El Hatillo. God willing you can visit the place, I presume you will love it and as for the restaurant it is truly cozy, impeccable and the food is very good, the attention is of quality.
