RE: Snowpea's fourth Airbnb in a restored Victorian building

Sorry to hear about the leak. In the UK do you have homeowner's insurance that covers leaks?

That kitchen was very nicely remodeled. I do lot of kitchens and that one hits a lot of the details I do, farmhouse sink, floor to ceiling cabinets, island with two pendant lights. The color scheme was nice too.

I also like how they kept the "antique" furniture in some of the room. Classy.

Hope the the leak is found and repaired without too much hassle.

This is my sister's place actually which I will be buying off here once it's finished renovated. She's got insurance on it and I belive she's going to claim the insurance so hopefully it will be sorted out smoothly for downstairs. The leak itself turned out to be a small issue once we found it. It was a loose radiator joint on the other side of the room so all those floorboards were removed for nothing!!

I remember seeing you do a post about a renovation job a few weeks ago. I always thought you were a gem collector, a man of many talents!!

Leaks are such a nightmare. Glad to hear it's covered.

Ya, I wear a contractor's hat that pays the bills and a gem collectors hat that will hopefully be enough to pay the bills soon!
