RE: THE CHURCH AND THE VILLAGE AROUND IT

in Architecture+Design2 years ago

The historic village of Pichan (or is this spelled in English as "Pićan"?) is definitely a gratifying window to the past where you can relive moments of heritage architecture such as their renowned church and surrounding habitats. I'm impressed by the pristine conditions of their ancient structures as they're still intact, stable, and presentable. Grateful for your adventurous tour around this Croatian treasure! 😊

Yes 🙂 in Croatian is written Pićan. I don't know how English (and many other languages) speaking people read the letter ć, so I wrote Pichan because this is the closest. When I turn the "listen to post" option in Peakd, the voice pronounces that very well when is written Pichan. I'll try how it sounds when I write Pićan once.

🙂 Glad you like the post. Have a great day.

Oh I see. It's interesting to see how word spellings change due to language influences, haha. 😆 Thanks for clarifying and for the awesome contribution! 👍
