Sin duda, la poesía es el arte de tocar las fibras del alma y mover el corazón dentro del pecho. Porque leer poesía es leer la vida de otra persona reflejada en texto. Hoy les comparto esta poesía de Benedetti, una de mis favoritas y que llevo como cabecera de vida. El título de la poesía, "No te quedes inmóvil", hace que desde la primera lectura nos llame a una acción inmediata de trabajar en busca de un resultado. Es un llamado a la acción y a vivir tanto la vida como el amor al máximo de intensidad. En lo personal, esta poesía me recuerda a no ser preso de una rutina y de una vida sin emoción, porque hay que aprovechar cada momento como único e irrepetible.
Benedetti dice que no te quedes quieto, actúa y actúa ya. No dejes que la inacción te arrebate la oportunidad de ser feliz. Porque, sin duda, hay que hacer las cosas con ganas y no rendirse a pesar de las limitaciones, evitar la desgana porque hay que poner el corazón en todo lo que hagamos.

Mi parte favorita, "No te llenes de calma", es algo que tenemos que tener muy presente, porque no podemos conformarnos con estar tranquilos; tenemos que estar siempre alerta ante cada paso y esperar el siguiente movimiento de la vida. Tus ojos no se pueden cerrar en sueño, y si sueñas, que sea con tus resultados y deseos. Personalmente, prefiero la vida en calma, pero estos versos evocan en mí un sentimiento que me enciende en pasión y energía por la vida, porque nos dan una clara lección de las consecuencias de la calma y la inacción. Quien decide quedarse quieto y conforme solo le espera una vida triste, sin pasión ni sueños. Aunque dejar que las cosas fluyan a su ritmo y evitar pensar en el futuro puede ser tentador para vivir sin preocupaciones, a la larga solo es una tentación que lleva a vidas opacas y sombrías. Nadie quiere una vida inanimada, fría y sin brillo; todos queremos emociones y objetivos, ganar carreras y cumplir metas: ser felices.
Espero que valores este poema como debes valorar cada instante de la vida, y que digas no a la rutina. Vive con energía y fuerza, conviértete en fuego y pasión pura por lo que quieres y lo que esperas lograr. No te quedes inmóvil, sé feliz.

Undoubtedly, poetry is the art of touching the fibers of the soul and moving the heart inside the chest. Because reading poetry is reading the life of another person reflected in text. Today I share with you this poem by Benedetti, one of my favorites and one that I carry as a headline of my life. The title of the poem, “No te quedes inmóvil” (Don't stand still), calls us from the first reading to an immediate action to work in search of a result. It is a call to action and to live both life and love to the fullest intensity. Personally, this poetry reminds me not to be a prisoner of a routine and a life without emotion, because you have to take advantage of every moment as unique and unrepeatable.
Benedetti says don't stand still, act and act now. Do not let inaction rob you of the opportunity to be happy. Because, undoubtedly, we must do things with enthusiasm and not give up despite the limitations, avoid reluctance because we must put our heart into everything we do.

My favorite part, “Don't be filled with calm”, is something we have to keep very much in mind, because we can't settle for being calm; we have to be always alert to every step and wait for the next move of life. Your eyes cannot be closed in sleep, and if you dream, let it be with your results and desires. Personally, I prefer life in calm, but these verses evoke in me a feeling that ignites me in passion and energy for life, because they give us a clear lesson of the consequences of calm and inaction. Whoever decides to stay still and conform only a sad life awaits him, without passion or dreams. Although letting things flow at their own pace and avoiding thinking about the future may be tempting to live carefree, in the long run it is only a temptation that leads to dull and gloomy lives. No one wants a lifeless, cold and dull life; we all want excitement and goals, to win races and accomplish goals: to be happy.
I hope you value this poem as you should value every moment of life, and say no to routine. Live with energy and strength, become fire and pure passion for what you want and what you hope to achieve. Do not stand still, be happy.
