Oh nice one! The going to the gym is one I would like to do as well, but at this point I have no clue how I can manage to do so. First reason, I don't think it fits the tight budget we are on at the moment (should be better very soon) but second, my daughter is constantly ill, so I'd have to go in the evenings when bf is home, instead of mornings when she's at school (and what I prefer when exercising as it will improve how I feel all day ..
Great of you that you managed to do so! I will aim for me to follow that example asap, luckily the first step of getting healthier has been accomplished when I quit smoking :)
I am lucky that the gym at work is free for employees.
Again, kudos to you for quit smoking.
Ah, that helps indeed! I would have to pay like 18 bucks I think but it's like 2 mins walk and open 24 hours a day. So I seriously consider to do so in a while, but only if I can extend per month (which I expect how it works here, because many people are living here short periods only).I've made these commitments before in my life, paying a year, while going a few times ugh.. dont want that :)
That's how they make money. They know you won't be there often unless you are committed.
