After finishing the book (or more accurately, listening to it through my iPhone), I decided to try one of its key practices: Morning Pages. This involves writing three pages of whatever comes to mind first thing in the morning. Surprisingly, it was incredibly effective. Once I finished writing, my mind felt clearer, and unexpected ideas began to flow.
this sounds exactly like the idea of monkey mind from Tim Ferris and I have this brain dump that I do every morning on hive to empty out my brain. I hope you can consistently do that because it's very helpful and that you'll feel more motivated afterwards.
