I'm not really an emotional person so it's hard for me to cry but her books are usually touching.

Yessssss. I read Verity and it had a huge impact on me.
I also read November 9, Confess, Never Never, Hopeless, maybe someday.
I liked all of them. November 9 made me squeal 😅
Was November 9 that good? Someone actually said the book isn't all that. And I scrapped it from my TBR list. Seems like I'll add it back from what you said about it.
