One thing I think I may be trying to curb is my unstable emotions. I'm a sensitive person. The most sensitive I know but I don't show it. I hate feeling weak. So I've been reading and studying myself too to get a grasp on what I can do with a sea of emotions.
The same reason I started reading self-improvement books even when I generally do not like non-fiction. But I personally prefer articles when it comes to self-improvement.
