I hear you. Where we live it is nearly impossible to go out and have vegan/gluten-free food. Unfortunately, healthy foods are not really a thing in Cambodia. That's why we usually eat at home too. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Living in a Greek island is not much different on that matter! In the summer we do have a few more choices, when the touristy places open, but other than that, almost nothing!
