Pandan seems to be a great idea too. In the Philippines, we use lemongrass to add aroma to this dish. Mung beans are also gread source of protein. Thanks for sharing your recipe!

But lemongrass is too strong, and don’t suitable for sweet desserts (or I still not yet trying 😄)
We use lemongrass for herbal drink and seasoning for side dishes
