Looks like the kind of porridge we cook in Nigeria. Well done!

In there, servjng with another ingredients? Maybe yams or something

Such beautiful food photography:)

Thank you. and I hope you like the recipe too.

Have a great day 😊🌸

The mung bean porridge is more popular in the Philippines as a dessert dish and I like it.

For sure. Asian are familiar with this porridge and having many variations 😊🌸

Mung beans as a sweetened porridge?!!! That is an interesting concept. We only ever eat mung beans sprouted in salad or cooked as a savoury meal. Although we love porridge for breakfast it is usually something like sorghum or crushed maize. Isn't it interesting how differently people in different countries eat @anggreklestari

that’s really fun to see different culture about food.

Here, this porridge is comfort food. Maybe you are not trying yet, because thinking the mung beans is hard in texture. Tricky thing, about making mung beans became smooth.

Just try it if you have mung bean stocks 🌸🌸❤️

Thank you! I do. Quite a bit. Because I love them sprouted so eat them often. When I cook them I soak them overnight and then cook. So they won't be hard. I'm always up for a new and unique flavour

Pandan seems to be a great idea too. In the Philippines, we use lemongrass to add aroma to this dish. Mung beans are also gread source of protein. Thanks for sharing your recipe!

Love the photos as usual and the bkue ternate flower.hehheehe

But lemongrass is too strong, and don’t suitable for sweet desserts (or I still not yet trying 😄)

We use lemongrass for herbal drink and seasoning for side dishes

This is tasty. It looks a bit like oats porridge. So healthy with fibre, and protein. I sometimes mix it with chia seeds, aka super foods !

Super healthy for sure ❤️

My favourite. I love 'bubur kacang hijau' simple yet delicious and fulfilling 😋

This one is My fav too, Mbak ❤️ Enak untuk breakfast
