I think very few people think about overeating when they are young. I didn't even know they were excesses, youth wants everything...
I didn't pay much attention in adulthood either. Coffee and alcohol almost daily, fatty food, all my life I forgot to drink water.
I'm starting to feel everything now. I started drinking water, even if I'm not thirsty, I gave up alcohol daily and will occasionally, and try healthier food hoping it's not too late at 68. Why am I saying all this about myself when I should be talking about your post?
Because I want to congratulate you on starting healthy eating and habits at a young age and this will definitely help you to have a smooth old age without any major health problems, especially since you are also doing physical exercise in unpolluted nature.
Thanks for choosing to share about the bread you make, I hope it will be an example for me too and I will try your very simple recipe too.
It is never too late when it comes to healthy habits, there is always something to gain. I don't know if I'll have a smooth old age, nothing can guaranty it, but good habits are not only for the future, they improve the quality of life in the present too!
I hope you'll find the taste of the bread not only healthy but tasty and pleasant to eat too :)
Fortunately, it is never too late.
Of course, you're so right, these healthy habits have beneficial effects on our current lives and bring hope for the future. Thank you very much!
