They tasted like mushrooms but I didn't really give them a chance to shine with the other ingredients getting in the way. Let's just say it was really delicious. I do wish I knew the name. I have to ask the guy next week. He only sells edible mushrooms so I am still alive haha.

I am not the mushroom queen unless finding weird mushrooms from a vendor makes me that haha. I have a new obsession with them though. There is so much to discover and know about them.
The lions mane here comes from exotic mushroom finders/growers. You may be able to find it over there if you search on line. My favorite is lions mane hands down.
