This is such a bright fresh dish. I have seen, what looks like water spinach, but not sure if it is. There is nothing much written in English in these exotic grocery stores. I am inspired by your dish, to pick it up next time. I love green vegetables.

You are right, before writing I found out what the original shape of the kale actually looks like. It turns out to be very different from what I have here, but that's okay" this water spinach is so delicious to eat today I forget the real kale.😁
