Serve in a serving plate with the corn cut into whole pieces and the spicy corn water spinach mixture in a serving plate. Just look at the appearance alone is very tempting, very delicious and suitable to be served during the day. Now for those of you who are used to enjoying kale only in stir-fried hiasa as I often do in some previous posts. Try a new atmosphere by combining corn with spinach, I'm sure you will like it. Of course, this is vegan, so it is safer for you vegan lovers without any animal ingredients. And I can't tell you enough how savory corn can be in this dish because the natural sweetness of the corn water when we cook it out makes it even more delicious.

It's my first time combining these two ingredients, honestly I was hesitant at first, but after tasting it was unexpectedly delicious and will definitely be a repeat menu for the next day at home!.

This is such a bright fresh dish. I have seen, what looks like water spinach, but not sure if it is. There is nothing much written in English in these exotic grocery stores. I am inspired by your dish, to pick it up next time. I love green vegetables.

What we call "kale" here looks completely different haha.

Thanks for your recipe.

You are right, before writing I found out what the original shape of the kale actually looks like. It turns out to be very different from what I have here, but that's okay" this water spinach is so delicious to eat today I forget the real kale.😁
