Hello vegan friends, I am very happy to be able to post my vegetable recipes again in this post, and this time I will make a warm dish, namely a simple vegetable soup, this vegetable soup is my mother's favorite at home, she really likes to eat clear vegetable soup like this, my mother can't eat without vegetables, so almost every day we cook vegetables at home, but I am very happy that at the age of my mother who is already 50 years old, she really likes to eat vegetables, vegetables are very good for health, especially colorful vegetables cooked in soup like this, right?
In this vegetable soup, I don't add many vegetables, just like most soup dishes, there are only carrots, tomatoes, cauliflower and potatoes, and a little spring onion, and celery leaves, because if there are no spring onions and celery leaves, it's not soup, right? Soup broth is identical to spring onions and celery, I got these vegetables from a cold city, namely Takengon, coincidentally my brother came home from Takengon yesterday, so I was brought these vegetables as a souvenir, and I was very happy to get these vegetables as a souvenir, I immediately cooked them because the vegetables were still very fresh
Materials used
2 carrots
1/2 cauliflower
1 tomato
1 stalk of celery
1 stalk of spring onion
2 cloves of garlic
Half a tbsp of Ladaku powder
Cooking procedure
Cut all the vegetables to taste, including celery, spring onions and tomatoes.
Puree the spices using a blender until smooth, then take a frying pan, heat one tablespoon of cooking oil, sauté the spices until cooked, until you can smell the fragrant aroma.
After the spices are cooked, add water according to taste. I added 400 ml of water, Cook the broth until it boils, add 1 tsp of salt and mushroom stock, then cook until it boils, then add the vegetables.

Continue cooking the vegetables until cooked, once cooked, serve on a serving plate and ready to be eaten with your beloved family.
RESULTS
My homemade vegetable soup is ready, and it is eaten immediately while it is hot, it tastes even better, the taste is delicious and savory, the characteristic of vegetable soup, without waiting long, my family immediately ate it with enthusiasm, my child also liked it because I deliberately didn't cook it spicy so he could eat it.

The fine spices are also very simple, you don't need to use a lot of spices, I also don't use candlenuts in the fine spices, because I don't like the soup to be cloudy and not clear like this.
