This preparation that you share with us today is great @nurfay. I do not know this fruit, so I recommend that when in recipes or posts in general, vegetables that are little known in other countries are used, as in the case of this fruit, put their scientific name. For other more well-known vegetables, such as lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, coriander, etc., it is not necessary to identify them with the scientific name; but for fruits and vegetables that are very specific to a region, yes, since that way we can better identify it.

Only when the fruit or vegetable are few known worldwide. Something like an onion does not require a scientific name. You have a good day.
