Hi @umirais! Thank you for participating in the weekly contest. I really like this recipe because it is full of delicious flavors and textures. Sweet potato is very versatile, I usually eat it in chips which are delicious with a touch of salt. I think it's great that these little buns have a filling, because it's a nice surprise when you bite into them and sprinkle them with shredded coconut, they sure add an interesting contrast. Very good recipe. Cheers.
