If I had anything I'd change it would be the title ...

.... Why do Vegetarians have to have meat flavour?

It is like commenting that all the best flavour comes from meats and vegetarians are somehow missing out because of their choice.

I'd probably make a title like"Awesome Vegetarian Curry...Proof that Vegetarians aren't missing a thing"

However, that's just a small detail. Awesome job.

You make a valid point, and your suggested title, "Amazing Vegetarian Curry...Proof That Vegetarians Are Missing Nothing," is a wonderful option that highlights the deliciousness of vegetarian foods without comparing them to meat.
