Since I was a child and on rare occasions I have seen sweet potatoes in the markets here, it is not a common vegetable in Venezuelan cuisine but I have always wanted to try it; I am also desperate to learn how to cook healthy dishes but vegetarian and vegan, for now I only know how to make soups, creams and some sautéed dishes.
