Super difficult to find motivation and that's normal I think.
But because my family around getting sick, so my motivation is to make my body healthier. When the body is too weight, we are difficult to make some motion in our daily activities.

I'm following some class through YouTube, so I can do it just at home. Every morning I'm cycling.

Good to keep yourself healthy as health are very important.

The weather in Melbourne is unpredictable, hence I find it more convenient to drive car. I think that's why I'm getting lazy to bike now :(
