Earl Grey is delicious, but is also one of the biggest marketing tricks ever. There apparently really was an Earl Grey, and what he'd do was buy the sweepings from the holds of the tea clippers and all the sub-standard bales super-cheap, then infuse it with bergamot oil, re-package it and sell the stuff as a premium product. Clever guy ! 😁

The thing with Earl Grey is I can never figure out if I should add milk to it. I've tried both, and they still taste a bit odd
