I love elderflower cold drinks, but never made them from the plant before. You're so resourceful!
The teabags are very small when there's no envelope, and there are 40 in each of the 3 foil packs inside each box, keeping them nice and fresh.
When I had my tea tasting session with my calligraphy teacher, he served snacks. It was a special tofu cake that was very light and he only served it with the black tea otherwise it would have over powered the lighter flavour tea. So much art in the whole process!
It was my mom and sister who used to make that homemade elderflower juice 😉 I just liked to drink it :))
