Good day my fellow hivers, I'm not a chef and also not an expert of cooking and experimenting a dish that new to me. But now I'm starting to learn and tips on how to cook, big thanks to those youtuber that uploaded their informative youtube content. For this blog I start to recreate those simple and basic dish for beginner and that's what they called paksiw na isda or in english fish cooked in vinegar and garlic but this time I added some ingredient.
In this dish I used medium size fish and sliced into half, It's better to use fresh fish because fresh fish have its own natural flavor.
Then prepare my simple ingredient like four gloves of chopped garlic and 5 chopped kamias.
Five pieces of finger chili or siling haba/siling pangsigang and small size of onion.
When all the ingredient are already prepared, mix all the ingredient with the fish in a cooking pan then add vinegar and only salt to taste nothing else.
Then cook it in a medium heat until the fish is cooked.

Nice one... there are many people out there that are currently experts in cooking varieties of dishes but they never learnt it in a conventional way.
The same way you learned from YouTube is how many people will also learn from the Post you created and I'm glad that I came across this.
Well Done Bro
