Sometimes just being able to participate in a game, no matter how shit it is, is a big enough reward 🙂
I remember as a kid, I was very honored when the older generations let me run to get a ball that would be kicked far while they were playing soccer on the grass field. I didn't even play, I was just close to the game.
and an even greater honor, if all the kids who watched them play told me: "run for us a bottle of water". 🙂
Then I felt like a member of their team. because without me they wouldn't be able to play.
