Can't watch embedded videos on any of the front-ends, can't access the site, even the desktop application is blank...
Anyone know what's going on?
Not going to jump to any conclusions, but...
Hoping it's just a technical malfunction and not some form of malicious action
Can't find any information...
:/
Hmmm, I wonder what happened. Well, at least they know about it. Thanks Matt
Looks to have been down for a while.
Their discord won't let me invite you, so look on their page for it.
Got onto their Discord server, waited ten minutes to count down so I could send a message but once that was done, I'm now not allowed to post in the server... I'm not very familiar with Discord to be honest. Oh well... No stress. I'm sure someone will notice soon enough.
You're up late mate... You're in North America somewhere, if I recall? How's things?
Just about to call it a day.
I'm on the central plains, things aren't too weird here, yet.
Most folks not buying into the big lies.
I haven't been very active in the 3speak server, I don't do video.
They had been discussing being down fro at least a day.
The dev's are on it.
Glad to hear it
3speak all back up and functioning well now. Figured they would have thought to put out a post on the 3speak account to say that, for those not in the Discord know. Started finding posts like this and thought oh shit...
Never know if you're the first canary in the coal mine or not, until.... you know
If you are using keychain, click the three horizontal bars, click preferences, select rpc node.
You should be on default.
Change that to one that works for you, and then change it back to default in a couple days and the devs should have things working again.
Will do, thanks
Yes, I noticed the same a few hours ago. Some stuff gets blocked here in Australia, interesting to know it's not just us.
Interesting... you mean like this pointless waste of public resources?
This stood in the way of me and a 5-second meme video I wanted to send to my sister Monday night
Circumvented in 3 seconds flat with freely available software
I'm all for protecting the fair remuneration of creators
But propping up business models rapidly diminishing in viability is a lot like security theatre
