It might seem to be disappointing to hear right now, but every improvement leads to greater success.

Once I can upload a video to 3Speak from my phone without issues, anywhere in the world, I will promote the service everywhere.

It's not upload time, it's encode time.
So, video is processed directly on your phone & it gets published within mins after processed-upload is complete.
We are also showing appropriate loading indicator on top. You can expand - collapse that area & understand about what is taking long.
