Hiking is an amazing way to feel grounded. What a beautiful place to do it in. I've had a few issues with my back and hips and stupidly walked for ten k's on an undulating beach yesterday, so couldn't walk today. Must sort that out - someone said there wasn't an issue in teh world you couldn't walk out.

So sorry to hear that! The terrain we walk on or the shoes we wear can have an affect on the joints in our body, also especially if we are not used to it.
