Ingredients for Sharma bread: 5 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of yeast, amount of salt, 2 teaspoons of powdered milk, amount of lukewarm water, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, amount of oil, 2 teaspoons of sugar
Ingredients of Sharma puree: 500 gms of chicken breast meat (long cut),
1 cup of chopped onion, carrot, yellow and red capsicum, tomato, long cut of cabbage (300 g), 2 cups of mayonnaise, 1 cup of tomato sauce, soy sauce 2 teaspoons, 3 teaspoons of garlic sauce, crushed green chillies, 1/2 cup oil, salt to taste.
Preparation: First make a dough by spreading all the ingredients of the bread. Cover the bread dough in a bowl for 4 hours.
Then put the pan in the oven for Sharma pur and add all the ingredients (except mayonnaise, garlic sauce and tomato sauce)
one by one along with the fried meat in oil. Fry for 5-6 minutes. On the other hand, make bread and remove it. Sprinkle mayonnaise, garlic sauce and tomato sauce over the meat mixture.
