RE: Question: Can a man be baptized with the Holy Spirit though not yet baptized with water? [Part 1 of 2] We want to upvote for your Comment Feedback on Topic Video 350🇳🇬

It is clear that water baptism is followed by Holy Spirit baptism às the quoted portions Matt.3:11 and Act 1:4 - 8 state.

However, there seems to be an exception to this procedure. This is in the case of Cornelius of Caesarea, because: "While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Spirit fell on all them which heard the word." Acts 10:44.

It was after this that Peter saw that the Holy Spirit had taken over those gentiles. He then commanded them to be baptized. Acts 10:47 - 48.
