If we do a little research on the web we can find the following explanation :
Abibliophobia : n. (humorous) : The intense, haunting fear of running out of books to read.
This word has derivational relatives: those suffering from abibliophobia are abibliophobes who are abibliophobic and behave abibliophobically (the adverb).
So as yo can see "Abibliophobia" is considered as a made-up phobia. It seems somehow ironic that a word invented to impress a love of reading should be coined on the Internet.
Sentence examples
“Speaking of frightful words, a curious fear I've suffered from on occasion, especially on long airplane flights, is abibliophobia.”
“My abibliophobia is never improved, no matter how many unread books I have on the shelf.”
However, this phobia suits me so well that I believe it is genuine. And that would explain my compulsion to buy books even when I already have several here.
Furthermore :
I'm frequently very exhausted at work because i stayed up way too late reading just one more chapter, and then another. 😴
Sometimes i sound like a broken record trying to convince my friends to read my favorite book. 😅
I can't wait for the weekend to have two days of uninterrupted reading time.
I often say no to social engagements to read...😏

So do you think i might be abibliophobe ? And what about you ?🤔
