For the CCC's Street Art Contest #237 organized by @digi-me, I present some collages found in Lyon (France), during my vacation in June last year. For the contest, I chose this paste-up done by Gen_IArt, a fusion of AI and StreetArt. The result is interesting, with this lion seemingly sleeping in this wall.

Pour le concours, j'ai choisi ce collage de Gen_IArt, fusion entre l'IA et StreetArt. Le résultat est intéressant avec ce lion qui semble dormir dans ce mur.

On the corner of Abbée Rozier and René Leynaud streets, still in the Croix-Rousse district of Lyon. This collage is located just in front of Saint Polycarpe Church.

Gen_IArt is a Lyon-based artist who has fused AI and StreetArt to create some original collages. During my walks in Lyon, I spotted three of his works, including this lion on Abbé Rozier street. I also like this pair of legs in the wall with the sentence “Droit dans le mur” (Right into the wall) by the artist CAJ. Too bad I couldn't find anything about this artist.
Gen_IArt est un artiste lyonnais qui a fusionnée l'IA et le StreetArt pour créer des collages assez originaux. Lors de mes balades dans Lyon, j'ai pu repéré trois de ses oeuvres dont ce lion dans la rue de l'Abbé Rozier. J'aime bien aussi juste à côté, cette paire de jambes inscrutée dans le mur avec la phrase "Droit dans le mur" de l'artiste CAJ. Dommage que je n'ai rien trouvé sur cet artiste.
A little further on, in the same Croix-Rousse district, I also spotted this orang-utan sleeping peacefully in a hole in the wall, or this large mouse that appears to have been teleported. Gen_IArt. Really interesting to see these wild animals invading the city walls.
Un peu plus loin, dans le même quartier de la Croix-Rousse, j'ai aussi repéré cet orang-outan qui dormait lui aussi tranquille dans un trou de mur ou alors cette grosse souris qui semble avoir été téléportée. Gen_IArt. Vraiment intéressant de voir ces animaux sauvages envahir les murs de la ville.

Pyx aka Alex is also a Lyon-based artist who makes many collages. It's on the same street as Gen_IArt's because they were made during the SHOW Les Pentes event. I hadn't noticed when I took the photo that there was an explanatory text just below it, a little too blurred on my photo to be able to read it. Too bad...
Pyx aka Alex est aussi une artiste basée à Lyon qui réalise de nombreux collages. Il se trouve dans la même rue que celui de Gen_IArt car ils furent réalisés lors de l'événement SHOW Les Pentes. Je n'avais pas remarqué quand j'ai pris la photo qu'il y avait un texte explicatif juste en dessous, un peu trop flou sur ma photo pour pouvoir le lire. Dommage...
In a neighborhood alley, there was this Santa Claus or character for the holiday season. Unfortunately I wasn't able to decipher the signature found in the white ponpon, maybe Biunika 🤔.
Dans une ruelle du quartier, il y avait ce Père Noel ou un personnage pour les Fêtes de fin d'année. Malheureusement je ne suis pas arrivé à déchiffrer la signature se trouvant dans le ponpon blanc, peut-être Biunika 🤔.
