I like to do posts on a single artist to showcase some of their recent work. It's not always possible, but with Lost Claws I was able to do a few posts with these collages, tags... Here are these latest works, less active for a few months, but maybe it's me who doesn't see his work on the streets of Montreal anymore.
J'aime bien faire des posts sur un seul artiste pour présenter quelques oeuvres récentes. Ce n'est pas toujours faisable mais avec Lost Claws j'ai pu écrire quelques posts avec ces collages, tags... Voilà ces dernières oeuvres, moins actifs depuis quelques mois mais c'est peut-être moi qui ne voit plus son travail dans les rues de Montréal.

A few months ago I wrote a lot about the work of this artist. But as I said in the introduction, Lost Claws has slowed down or moved to another neighbourhood. His biography hasn't changed too much since the last post about him StreetArt #567. For newcomers, a quick reminder: The Local Annoyance, as he defines himself on his Instagram account, Lost Claws sticks his characters (Death, the Skull and Crossbones...) just about everywhere, especially in Montreal neighbourhoods like the Plateau or Mile-End.
Il y a quelques mois je faisais souvent des posts sur les oeuvres de cet artiste. Mais comme je le disais en introduction, Lost Claws a ralenti la cadence ou alors a changé de quartier. Sa biographie n'a pas trop changé depuis le dernier post à son sujet StreetArt #567. Pour les nouveaux, un petit rappel, The Local Annoyance (La Nuisance Locale) comme il se définit sur son compte Instagram, Lost Claws colle ses personnages (La Mort, la tête de mort...) un peu partout surtout dans les quartiers montréalais comme le Plateau ou le Mile-End.

What I like about this artist is that he always has a sarcastic and dark viewpoint on our current society. He always finds the right word to humorously define a social problem.
Ce que j'aime cet artiste c'est qu'il a toujours un point de vue sarcastique et sombre sur notre société actuelle. Il trouve toujours le mot juste pour définir avec humour un problème de société.

At the last Mural Festival, he took advantage of the intense activity on Boulevard Saint Laurent to stick his Death character right next to a bank. He always has the right word The Cost of Living.
Lors du dernier Mural Festival, il a profité de l'intense activité qui se déroule sur le boulevard Saint Laurent pour coller son personnage de la Mort juste à côté d'une banque. Il a toujours le bon mot The Cost of Living.
