In my previous post on the Under Pressure festival, I forgot to mention the work done by Karon aka Guillaume Caron which was between Origami and Mos Geez (see the first photo in StreetArt #732). I'm going to correct my omission and take this opportunity to talk about the artworks that can be found right in front of the building La Patrie on Hotel de Ville street in Montreal.
Lors de mon précédent post sur le festival Under Pressure, j'ai oublié de parler de l'oeuvre de Karon aka Guillaume Caron qui se trouvait entre Origami et Mos Geez (voir la première photo de StreetArt #732). Je corrige mon oubli et j'en profite pour parler des oeuvres qui se trouvent juste en face du batiment La Patrie sur la rue Hotel de Ville à Montréal.

On the corner of rue Hotel de Ville and rue Sainte Catherine in Montreal, on the walls of the MVP Restaurant & Bar-Sportif.

WHO
As with the La Patrie building, the artists have painted some of their work below the windows of the restaurant. We start with two letterings, the first done by Acrow followed by Kebekwa aka Noke, an artist I didn't know. I really like his nickname, pronounced like a Quebecer in French Québécois = Kebekwa). That's a good one.
Comme pour le batiment La Patrie, les artistes ont peint en dessous des fenêtres du restaurant sportif quelques oeuvres. Nous commençons avec deux lettrages, le premier Acrow suive de Kebekwa aka Noke, artiste que je ne connaissais pas et dont j'aime beaucoup le surnom (se prononce comme Québécois). Bien trouvé...
My favourite work in this series is by Snaxx who painted a girl floating in water. The effects are really superb. Very nice work.

The work of Syrup aka Gabriel Lenfesty isn't bad either, a regular in the StreetArt series, especially at the Legal Wall de Rouen. This was his first time at the Under Pressure festival with this white raven. His work is always very realistic and beautiful.
L'oeuvre de Syrup aka Gabriel Lenfesty est pas mal non plus, un régulier de la série StreetArt, surtout au Mur Légal de Rouen. C'était sa première participation au festival Under Pressure avec ce corbeau blanc. Toujours très realistes et belles ses oeuvres.
And we end on Sainte Catherine street with this lettering by Aspe, a Chilean artist and illustrator visiting Montreal this summer. And what's your favourite work?
