Today I wanted to bring you this day, when I went out for my medical exams, I took the opportunity to walk, run some errands, and yes, distract myself a little, it is something that I rarely do, going out alone, it is hard for me, I'm not used to, I feel weird, I do not know where to go or what to do, however, it is a good time for oneself, to spend that time alone.

As I had to buy a gift for my mom, I took advantage of that day, that's why I tell you that I walked a lot, because it is from polo to polo, so it was a bit tiring, I arrived super hot; and as I told you to leave first to do my lab tests, so I also took the opportunity to drink this delicious juice, a three in one, do you know what it is, well for those who, it is a combination of carrot, beet and orange juice, the truth was delicious.
On the way, I found these beautiful flowers, I am not a plant lover, if you ask me their names I have no idea hahaha, but I still enjoy taking pictures of them, because they are so beautiful and colorful.
I like to enjoy seeing the sky, it reminds me of my walks in the afternoon, it feels good, enjoy the breeze, and that huge sky, the only bad thing about going out with that intense sun, and well the noise, the crowd, that stresses me out, that's why I say, I rarely do it, I like to be at home.
Still, a different day never hurts, if it's about spending a moment with yourself, and it's good to get distracted, and get out of the routine for a moment.

SPANISH VERSION
Hoy quise traerles este día, cuando salí a realizarme mis exámenes médicos, aproveche para caminar, hacer unas diligencias, y si, distraerme un poco, es algo que rara vez lo hago, el salir a la calle sola, me cuesta bastante, no estoy acostumbrada, me siento rara, no se para dónde ir ni que hacer, sin embargo, es un buen momento para uno mismo, el pasar ese rato solo.
Como tenía pendiente comprarle el regalo a mi mama, aproveche ese día, por eso les digo que camine bastante, porque esta de polo a polo, entonces fue algo cansado, llegue super acalorada; y como les dije salir primero hacerme mis exámenes de laboratorio, por eso también aproveche para tomarme este rico jugo, un tres en uno, ¿saben de qué se trata?, bueno para los que, es una combinación de zanahoria, remolacha y jugo de naranja, la verdad estaba delicioso.
En el camino, me encontré estas lindas flores, yo no soy muy amante de las plantas, si me preguntan nombres ni idea jajaja, de igual forma disfruto tomarle fotos, por lo hermosas y coloridas que son.
Me gusta disfrutar de ver el cielo, me recuerda mis caminatas en la tarde, se siente bien, disfrutar de la brisa, y de ese enorme cielo, lo único malo de salir con ese sol intenso, y bueno la bulla, el gentío, eso me estresa, por eso digo, que muy pocas veces lo hago, me gusta más estar en casa.
Igual un día diferente nunca cae mal, si se trata de pasar un instante con uno mismo, y bueno sirve para distraerse, y salirnos de la rutina, por un momento.
Y ustedes, han salido a tomarse un día para ustedes, los leo.
