As much as we could read from the post, this project sounds good to us, with very reasonable terms, community-supportive, and engagement-empowering that might help many (who would follow the rules) to grow their accounts very wisely.

When it comes to a lot of other curator groups, we would like to stay on the fence as, besides many good ones, there are also many (especially among some more newly created) that are nothing else but better or worse masked/disguised pay-per-vote schemes which we are strongly against.

Curation guilds can add a lot of value to the chain if their objective is to help users instead of returns to delegators. Kudos for your work.
