Day 2344 | Bad Eat = Bad Sleep (+15922 Steps)

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Thursday was already a fail day this week as I allowed myself to feast on a full bread baguette along with an iced tea after going for a long walk which later in the day spreaded to eating a pack of soft waffles along with a cola. It's crazy how much influence this had on my sleep as I stayed awake way too long after an afternoon and evening of watching football and some tv afterward.

The only good things about Thursday was that the betting action was profitable while I also did my steps and daily push ups. I will however because of the bad sleep procrastinate the start of another hot yoga year probably until Monday.

PLAY & EARN $DOOM

The steps is just something for this week to get me going again as I enjoy it. The main issue is that it just takes up a lot of time to reach 100k steps a day while not even counting a part of them. Food intake however remains by far the biggest challenge. You simply can't outwork a bad diet. It's so unfair, takes minutes to get all the calories in and multiple hours to get them off again.
