The steps is just something for this week to get me going again as I enjoy it. The main issue is that it just takes up a lot of time to reach 100k steps a day while not even counting a part of them. Food intake however remains by far the biggest challenge. You simply can't outwork a bad diet. It's so unfair, takes minutes to get all the calories in and multiple hours to get them off again.
