A week has passed and it's my first Sunday off in all this time, and although the murguera flu has taken over my body, I'm happy. Today I bring you the summary of what was the fourth carnival weekend, the last of February and I hope you enjoy it, it left us with many pictures and stories to tell. While I bring you the last of February, I will leave for later the weekend recovered in democracy with holidays included, which this year was from March 1 to 4, and although there were rains, I will also tell you that in another post.

Buen día amigos de Lifestyle, ustedes saben que si fuese por mi, todo el año sería carnaval (así lo es para mi) pero el festejo como tal ha terminado. Una semana pasó ya y es mi primer domingo libre en todo este tiempo, y aunque la gripe murguera se apoderó de mi cuerpo, estoy feliz. Hoy les traigo el resumen de lo que fue el cuarto finde de carnaval, el último de febrero y espero que sea de su disfrute, nos dejó con él muchas fotografías e historias por contar. Si bien les traigo el último de febrero, quedará para más adelante el fin de semana recuperado en democracia con feriados incluídos que este año fue del día 1 al 4 de marzo, y aunque hubieron lluvias, también les contaré eso en otro posteo.
First of all, I would like to tell you that the preparations begin long before the presentation. Aproximadamente unas 4 o 5 horas antes, por eso mismo me requiere a mí, salir incluso antes de ese tiempo, porque estoy un poco lejos. Nos sentamos a charlar y descansar acompañando la ocasión con “vino de verano” cada uno bebe lo que disfruta más, para nosotros este momento de compartir y relajarnos es siempre con vino y gaseosa, gestionamos el hielo y ya nos toca ver cómo avanza la noche. Risas, música, amigos. Las charlas son de lo más variadas, algunos quedan pensando en cosas que mejorar, o hablan de dónde se han equivocado (yo soy una de ellas, porque suelo tener diversos errores acompañados por nervios en las actuaciones) También nos pasamos fotos, nos tomamos más fotos. Retratamos momentos y congelamos en la memoria un febrero que nos vió del mismo lado, dando un espectáculo para alegrar al pueblo. El 2025 viene cargado de energías nuevas y renovadas. Mucha creación por delante, aprender y seguir compartiendo. Seguramente no nos damos cuenta y crecemos como grupo más de lo que notamos. Cuando hay energía de grupo te das cuenta que pese a los roces que puedan existir, eliges con amor y paciencia, siempre dar por un bien mayor.

En esas oportunidades nos toca improvisar y hacer rápida la digestión de la realidad, para disfrutar lo único que importa, el espectáculo. El público pregunta si salimos pronto, cómo nos llamamos, ves a otros saludar a sus conocidos, como cambiamos de barrio cada vez, es fácil que las familias y los amigos que no suelen viajar tanto, se acerquen y aprovechen esa oportunidad.
Some dog approaches, some people dance, others keep asking for objects that are lost or forgotten somewhere. Algún perro se acerca, algunas personas bailan, otros siguen preguntando por objetos que se van perdiendo u olvidando en algún sitio. El ritmo de febrero que llevamos es propio, y muy bien gestionado. Siendo tantas personas, ocupamos dos autobuses llenos de murgueros de todas las edades, compartimos tanto que se convierte en la familia que elegimos. Durante la semana algún fotógrafo nos comparte sus capturas y nos etiquetamos mutuamente. Suele ser muy divertido, ahora que estoy del lado bombista de la murga, ver cómo en un video distinguimos si el ritmo estuvo bien o acelerado, o lento. En fin, esos detalles que solo nos importan a nosotros, porque efectivamente, el entretenimiento es tal que la gente suele terminar encantada, feliz, salen a bailar con nosotros un rato, y nos despedimos hasta otro carnaval, que nos verá juntos en las calles otra vez.
