Please fix your eating habit and help the others too 😒 this food matter is not easy.
Well, you're doing well in the other aspect and I hope you keep it going.

I started to work out too, I don't know how far I'll go with it but starting is something lol.

    We are already so use to eating at anytime, I hope it gets better.
