How to start a Saturday? Easy, wake up early, put aside procrastination, have a good breakfast, drink enough water, and go for a run, walk or do exercises at home.
I wish I could make myself do this hahaha. Though I organize my time in a way I can do it later. Still, seeing people jogging by the sea, early in the morning is great. Then I wish I would have enough mental strength do to the same. Well done for your way! 👌
I hope one day you decide to do it, something that works to avoid procrastinating is to mentally count to 3 and get up to do what we want to avoid. Start little by little, at home maybe. 💪🏻
