Many times one has a lot of things to do, work, stress, things to think about, and a good walk in places where there is a lot to see or in nature calms the mind and is a good habit that makes life more beautiful.
I totally agree with you. ❤️ When I feel myself a little stressed I use to go to walk along a side of the river close to my home and a simple, long walk there calms my mind and my soul.
