It was a nice sunny, warm day in September and I took a stroll in the park. I was surprised to see so many cats there. The park is huge and usually I am there for birding and bird photos, but this time I took more photos of the cats rather than the birds. And here we go. Let me show what my camera captured on that day.
What I like about the cats while photographing them is their expression. They can show us so many different faces. Do you know they can have over 200 different expressions?
There were biscuits all over the place left by good people. Our feline friends had a feast.
There was this one taking a nap on a bench.
Another is posing nicely for a close-up.
And look at this ginger, who definitely did not trust me, or that what I thought.
I saw on the telly and I was sure there might be some info in the net and here it is. The stray cats in Romanian parks got food from a vending machine! Such a clever idea to recycle plastic bottles and aluminum cans and at the same time to feed the cats.

When you put the bottle or a can, the biscuits pour in the tray on the bottom. Trays are on such height that cats could easily help themselves.
Kudos Romania!
The stray cats have their freedom and yet, their life is not all roses. The toughest survive. Some got lucky, picked by someone to take care of. Like my cats. I've got three at home and mind you, they are ruling our lives. 😀

Thank you very much for your support!❤️
It's great that there is such an opportunity to feed cats. I saw something similar here, a squirrel nut machine. Were you in Turkey? There are a lot of cats living outside, and they are loved by everyone, allowed to warm up and sleep in cafes or shops.
This is awesome - a squirrel nut machine!
People in Turkey also do a lot about their stray cats. When I told my colleagues about this vending machine, someone said he saw similar in Turkey, providing food and water.
