RE: Golden Lagers and Garlic Chicken

I see what you're saying.

It's all personal preference too. I'm not a fan of the premium domestic beers here in North America but other people love them and dislike craft so 🤷
It's worth trying out if you ever get a chance

So true, but sometimes those domestic beers are really just bad. We have one over here that is so bad and watered down it is almost a sin to call it beer. There is a joke about that beer. It is quite long but the punchline is basically the guy sitting at a bar drinks a beer before a funeral; the other guy knowing he needs to go to the funeral says you cannot drink beer; but then he says don’t worry I am drinking [Add that beer’s name] and it won’t smell like I was drinking! Haha stupid bar joke but the gist of it is that the beer is basically flavoured water at that point.

Haha it sounds like a good joke.

I read a quote way back that said "light beer is like swallowing damp air."

😂

Oh my that is the best one so far! I agree completely. And it is ridiculous when these light beers sometimes fetch similar prices to IPAs and Ales. Not sure how that happens.
