Hello Hive friends! Some news from my sports today!
A week ago I started with my push up challenge. I try to reach
20 push ups straight until June.
This time my aim was to reach 15. Sooo hard!! I tried it twice:
before and after my jogging.
In my first try I couldn't reach 15, but then, after jogging, I finally did it!!
It was really so hard, and I very proud at myself, now. :-)
But the challenge is still so difficult: in another try somewhat later
suddenly I only reached 7 push ups in a row again, oh nooo! :)
I will keep you informed if I can reach 20 push ups soon. Please

wow, it's great just enjoy it, it strengthens the body, it's good to exercise in the morning to be healthy nice job just keep going.
Thank you. Yeah true morning exercise is best, but here in Hong Kong it's still winter. So I change in the afternoon.. but in summer I used to exercise in the morning.

Same here! I hate push ups too. But challenge accepted this time....
Well done! Push ups are tough - especially if you stop doing them for a while!

Yeah, will try to reach 20 until June. Wrote about it some days before. It's not easy, but I keep trying!
I can barely do 1 decent push up! this is amazing! I'd rather run an hour straight than do push ups hehe
Hi! lol! I am also not used to do push ups. I rather do running one hour non stop. But then have a challenge came in so I try! Hehe... try it urself too. Its fun..
