Hello Hive folks! Do you still remember my push-up challenge?
Can you believe it: I already reached my goal to do 20 push-ups in a row, that means I WON the push-up challenge!!
Yes, so hard, but yeah, I finally did it!! Hehe, I am really proud of myself now!
Adding some other gym to my video
To make it more interesting, today I show you not only my push ups (yes, you can watch me winning that challenge! Hehe) but at the beginning also part of my gym routine.
Next project: sit-ups!
You know, I am really excited that recently I made some progress in doing push-ups! I already noticed how my muscles in arms, shoulders and chest are getting stronger! But I still have many other aims to reach. Can you for example believe how hard sit-ups are, if you didn't practice them since quite I while? I can tell you ... that is the next area needing some improvement! Hehe
What are your current ambitions or aims in sports?

I've started some workout recently too, starting slow with a few sets of very few moves but thinking better than overdoing it and then giving up for another 6 months. :D
Good that you started doing some workout again! 🙂
You are so right: the most difficult thing in gym is to do it consistently and not to stop again after a while! It should become a habbit.
I also want to say thank you for your great support! I really appreciate that!
Wow @gen-quimba! You are doing really great. And congratulations in achieving your goal of completing the 20 push-ups. Hope I can too one day. Keep it up friend😇
Thank you for your nice comment! And sure, if you practice regularly you can do it, too! 👍
You're doing great! I can maybe do 5 pushups now hahaha and 20 is amazing. We are also trying to get back to working out and slowly transitioning to that cos it's so hard to start when you're not in the habit but yeah I miss working out.
Sit ups are indeed so hard but once you get used to it, you'll be able to enjoy them especially once you see those nice abs forming. 😎 I like it better than push ups haha
Thank you for your nice comment @hiddenblade!
That's what a good friend of mine always tells me, too: "Just get accustomed to it and it will be much easier over time, sit-ups are actually easier to do than push-ups!" 🙂
Wow power, I miss doing this I have to do it slowly I stop a bit long from working out and have to push to feel healthier.
Yes, why not? Maybe in future you can try it again! Just do it, hehe. 🙂
