Hello, hive world! I am new here, and I hope you will support me. I will introduce myself. I am 18 years old. I am currently in my first year of college with a course in Bachelor of Elementary Education because I want to be a teacher and also because it aligns with my strand when I was in grade 12. The strand that I took in grade 12 was HUMSS, which means Humanities and Social Sciences, and for me, it was the right choice. I always want to travel with my family and friends. I also like to do things and try new things. I have three favorite animals: guinea pigs, dogs, and bunnies. I will give you some reasons why I like them, because they are so cute and adorable. They are so well-behaved and always follow me around. I always give them food and fruits.
Gueni pigs like grass, and I always harvest grass from the forest because it is fresh and healthy for them. It makes me happy to look at them, and they removed my stress. But sadly, I don't have bunnies, but I would like to have one. My neighbors have one, but it died, and I feel sorry for them. I really love having bunnies.I like reading stories and watching movies with my friends because they are so interesting. I'm not really into sports, but I always try to practice and play badminton with my friends, cousins, and siblings because I am always shy around people who are not close to me. I am an achiever in grades 7, 8, and 12, but at grade 10, I was not an achiever, and I am a bit upset. While in grade 9, it was during the pandemic, and we only did modules.I also like going to the sea because it helps me relax, and I love watching the sunrise and sunset with my family, but I only watch the sunset because I am always late at waking up in the morning.
Even though I am a slow learner, I always do my best to get good grades so I can have a good education. The one who introduced hive (blogging) to me is @mommyjane.
The reason I joined the hives is because I wanted to share my daily life with people in the hives. I can contribute a positive influence with my experience as a teenager. Now I will introduce my family to. My father is responsible and always takes good care of his family. Even though he is tired from work, he always smiles, takes care of his family, and never does things that can destroy our family.
That is why I always do my best to be a good daughter and a good student.My mother is a housewife; she has no work and only takes care of her children. My older sister is a first-year college student like me because, when she was in 1st grade, she was always sick and stopped studying.
And when I was in 1st grade, my older sister and I were in the same grade. That is why, until now, we have been in the same grade, and some people also told us that we were like twins, but in truth, we have a 1-year gap. My third sister is 11 years old and currently in grade 5. She is good and also an achiever. Is
My last and youngest brother is 9 years old and currently a third-grade student. That is why my goal is to be a successful teacher.Even though I cannot give it all, at least I do my best to be out in our hard lives. From when I was a baby until I grew up, I lived with my grandparents because my parents were working and they had a hard time giving me and my older sister financial support, and my sister and I grew apart because we were just kids. She is with my other grandparents. When I was a child, I always wanted to grow fast because I always saw older people who could decide what they wanted and do things.But now I realize that there are not always happy moments, but also bad days and problems. Like finding work for financial needs and others.
I understand now that even though I am only a teenager, there are times my life is hard with a lot of work in school, but it never really discourages me because I always remind myself that there is God right by my side and my family to help. Life is full of choices and problems, but never ever think to cut your life short because it is not the solution to all the problems. But today I am with my parents, and I always desire to go back to my grandparents and take care of them because they are old now, and I always visit my grandparents every vacation.
My grandparents told me when I was a kid that being a teacher was not the first career I wanted, but a doctor, because I always told them that I would take care of them when they turned old. But sadly, the tuition for studying to be a doctor is very expensive, and my family cannot afford it. I chose the second career my father wants, which is being a teacher, and I also understand that it is expensive to study to be a doctor. As a first-year college student, I will do my best to finish college so I can give my family a good life. I will also always pray to God because He is the source of all I need.
