The feeling of intense hunger after the workout.but the first thing to remember is discipline. I did go to the gym for almost 2 months, 3 times a week. But I did not continue the routine, that's why my body got almost doubled the size.😂😂

Lol! Yes, that's true!We need to have self-discipline to keep a healthy lifestyle. Distance of the gym from home and also work may hinder us to keep up with the routine but jogging and or walking around can be an alternative!☺️..Thanks for dropping by!
