At the moment I'm only going to the gym once a week but better than nothing lol I've been doing it mostly to get more resistance to my shoulders to build up more muscle as I'm losing weight and some injuries from my job as a massage therapist are coming up lol so I might look into your content to know more what to do to help me :)
