Hoy les presento una rutina para fortalecer el tren superior, especialmente los hombros, biceps y triceps. La realice con unas mancuernas de 1kg (que están un poco estropeadas, por cierto 😄) pero si no tienen mancuernas pueden realizarlo con botellas llenas de agua o de arena. ¡Ánimo!Today I present a routine to strengthen the upper body, especially shoulders, biceps and triceps. I performed it with 1kg dumbbells (which are a bit damaged, by the way 😄) but if you don't have dumbbells you can do it with bottles filled with water or sand. Cheer up!

Ejercicio/Exercise n° 1

Curl de Biceps / Biceps Curl

Toma las pesas y coloca los brazos paralelos al cuerpo, los brazos no deben tener ninguna superficie de apoyo. Extiende el antebrazo y vuelve a la posición inicial controladamente. ✅ Mirada al frente y abdomen contraído. 👀Take the weights and place the arms parallel to the body, the arms should not have any support surface. Extend the forearm and return to the starting position in a controlled manner. ✅ Gaze straight ahead and abdomen contracted. 👀

Ejercicio/Exercise n° 2

Patada de Triceps / Triceps Kick

Con el cuerpo paralelo al suelo, la espalda recta como una tabla y los codos flexionados, haz una extensión hacía atrás ✅. Mantén tu mirada hacía el suelo y contrae el abdomen. 👀With your body parallel to the floor, back straight as a board and elbows bent, do a backward extension ✅. Keep your gaze towards the floor and contract your abdomen. 👀

Ejercicio/Exercise n° 3

Press de Hombros/Shoulder Press

Coloca las mancuernas a la altura de los hombros lateralmente, con los codos flexionados, las palmas de las manos miran hacía adelante. Eleva los brazos verticalmente hasta que los mismos queden estirados y luego vuelve a la posicion inicial. ✅. Mirada hacía el frente y abdomen contraido. 👀Place the dumbbells at shoulder height laterally, elbows bent, palms facing forward. Raise your arms vertically until your arms are straight and then return to the starting position. ✅. Gaze straight ahead and abdomen contracted. 👀

Ejercicio/Exercise n° 4

Elevaciones frontales de hombros / Frontal shoulder lifts

Con los codos ligeramente flexionados, eleva los brazos hacía el frente hasta la altura de tus ojos ✅. Mirada hacía el frente y abdomen contraido. 👀. (En el video realicé el movimiento de frente y de lado para que pudieran visualizarlo mejor)With your elbows slightly bent, raise your arms in front of you to eye level ✅. Gaze straight ahead and abdomen contracted. 👀. (In the video I performed the movement from the front and from the side so that you could visualize it better.)

Elevaciones laterales de hombros / Lateral shoulder raises

Mantén los codos ligeramente flexionados y realiza elevaciones laterales que formen un semi arco a la altura de los hombros ✅. Contrae el abdomen y fija la mirada al frente 👀(En el video realicé el movimiento de frente y de lado para que pudieran visualizarlo mejor)Keep your elbows slightly bent and perform lateral raises that form a semi-arch at shoulder height ✅. Contract your abdomen and look straight ahead 👀(In the video I performed the movement from the front and side so you could visualize it better)
